Life Lab is my series of online courses, workshops and group coaching experiences I’ve developed over more than a decade of guiding people to (re)discover who they are, declare what they want in life and commit to the work of creating it. Life Lab workshops are half and full day immersive sessions across the U.S. with ongoing virtual coaching groups that reinforce learning, enhance self-care skills, experiment together, co-create around goals and commitments, and offer help to create awareness and forward momentum. Life Lab members benefit from a sustained, professionally-facilitated growth-directed conversation that can transform your life, career and relationships.

LIFE LAB GROUP COACHING

A 6-month virtual group coaching experience to learn how to live fully and powerfully. Working with your fellow group members, you’ll:

  • Design a life vision and create a realistic plan for achieving it

  • Develop better body-mind awareness and self-compassion

  • Identify your special qualities and build resilience to negativity

  • Cultivate a loving tribe that will provide a deep sense of belonging, safety, support and respect
